BEC Italia is an international education agency specialized in the High School Exchange Program abroad.We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Program Operation Specialist to join our team in Milano's office.Role OverviewThe Program Operation Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of High School Exchange Programs.The candidate will act as a key point of contact for students and families, supporting them throughout the entire exchange journey — from the initial application phase to the student's return home.The role also involves ongoing communication with international partners and schools ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for all parties involved.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational coordination of outbound High School Exchange programsDaily communication with students, host families, schools, and international partnersStudents' application procedures and visa applicationsSupport in managing documentation and administrative processesMonitoring ongoing programs and addressing any issues that may ariseCollaborating with the team to improve operational proceduresRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role or in the cultural/educational exchange sectorExcellent command of the English language (spoken and written)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in ItalianProactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitudeGood command of digital tools (Office Suite, CRM platforms, etc.)Willingness to work on-site at our offices in MilanWhat We Offer1-year full-time contract, with the possibility of renewalOn-site role within a dynamic and international environmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesBEC Italia is an equal opportunities employer.
