This role ensures cross-functional alignment, drives program coordination, and supports strategic decision-making. A key focus will be on the commercial workstream, aligning regional, brand, and sales & marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with the ability to operate autonomously and influence across teams.The role will report to the Vice President of Global Harvesting Ideal.Your ImpactProgram ManagementStructure, track, and follow up on key cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and execution of the “Play to Win” objectivesPlan, prepare, and document key program meetings, ensuring structured decision-making and accountabilityMaintain a clear program roadmap, highlighting critical milestones, risks, and dependenciesDrive cross-functional coordination by proactively identifying challenges and ensuring timely resolutionProvide strategic support to the functional leaders, ensuring effective program governance and executionStrategic & Conceptual WorkSupport key workstreams with strategic guidance, frameworks, and concepts, ensuring clarity in execution and impactConduct analyses to support fact-based decision-making and performance trackingIdentify and drive opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains within the turnaround initiativeCommercial Workstream SupportClosely support the commercial workstream, ensuring seamless alignment across regions, brands, and marketing & sales teamsFacilitate discussions between commercial teams to ensure consistency in program executionTrack and align key commercial initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the broader play to win objectivesYour Experience and QualificationsProven track record of leading cross-functional initiativesSubstantial experience in Program Management Office (PMO) functions or large-scale transformation programsIn-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and strategic planning frameworksExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levelsAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus schemeBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working timePrivate health insurance with partial coverage of medical expensesCanteen with meal allowanceWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
