We are looking for an organized and energetic Program Manager to join our Sales team at our facility in Pinerolo (TO). You will be dedicated to our German customers. In this role, you will manage operations related to project management and customer service, ensuring timely delivery of quality parts. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, analyzing project requirements, and driving projects toward successful completion.
Office-based (4 days per week minimum).

Missions

You actively participate in the negotiations for the price list definition.
You can analyze requests for quotes (RFQs) and work with technical teams to generate accurate, comprehensive, and clear quotes.
You coordinate with production teams to track project progress. You make sure procedures are followed and timelines respected.
You ensure that our customers are regularly informed of project progress and manage their expectations with transparency.
You track product shipments to ensure that delivery deadlines are met, and specifications are complied with.
After delivery, you will collect customer feedback to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Profile

Fluent in German, good level of English and Italian is essential.
5-to-7-year experience in monitoring projects in the automotive industry, particularly with projects requiring rigorous monitoring of deadlines and customer specifications.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, CNC, vacuum casting and injection molding is valuable.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, good knowledge of CRM (such as HubSpot).
Ability to read a 2D or 3D file.
Strong skills in problem solving.
Ability to follow the procedures and respect timelines. Attention to detail.
Ability to work against very tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
