The role involves managing all technical activities related to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones, coordinating with Process Engineering, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure quality and compliance with customer deadlines.The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Management Engineering and possess significant experience in structured automotive companies focused on innovation, along with strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
