The company utilizes proprietary technologies based on FOG (Fiber Optic Gyroscope) and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) to meet specific customer needs.Founded as a start-up in 2012 in Italy, listed on Euronext Milan since 2022, and now part of Honeywell following an acquisition completed in August 2024.Job SummaryThe candidate will manage engineering programs from the customer purchase order (PO) to the successful delivery of products or services.Responsibilities and DutiesManage multiple programs for clients in naval, defense, and aerospace applications.Create GANTT charts for each program.Coordinate meetings and project reviews with customers.Develop risk registers in collaboration with the project leader for each program.Report on program status, including costs, timelines, and quality metrics, to the Program Management Head.Support the Quality Department during audits with customers and regulatory authorities.Prioritize tasks across different departments.Coordinate internal review meetings.Resolve internal allocation conflicts.Gather and analyze customer requests.Report directly to the Head of Program Management.Qualifications and SkillsExperience in the aerospace environment (preferred).Knowledge of ISO 9100 and EU 748/2012 standards (preferred).Familiarity with Space rules ECSS-M-ST-10C (preferred).Experience with Inertial Navigation Systems (preferred).Understanding of contracts and agreements.Basic knowledge of lean management principles.Basic understanding of cost analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).English language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
