TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Production Technician.
An essential aspect of this role is the definition and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector, with activities ranging from working on metallic and composite components to designing production tools and fixtures, as well as programming and operating CNC machines.
As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in developing innovative solutions for aeronautical production, collaborating with various technical areas to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Main Responsibilities
Creation of 3D models for equipmentDrafting of manufacturing and assembly cycles (electrical installations)Design of equipment in the aeronautical contextPerformance of structural analyses (FEM)Drafting of technical documentation
Essential Technical Skills
Experience in designing electrical assembly and installation equipmentKnowledge of electrical materials used in the aeronautical fieldKnowledge of electrical system manufacturing, installation, and testing processesExcellent knowledge of CAM programming with numerically controlled machinesKnowledge of CATIA V5 software versions 28 and 30Knowledge of machining simulation with Vericut 8 and 9
Optional Technical Skills
Knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations (EASA, EN9100, etc.)
Familiarity with aerospace materials and processes
Soft Skills

Technical high school diploma
