Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Dry Polymer Plant, being responsible for the production and quality of products released by the company. The candidate reports to the Production Manager and collaborates with planning, engineering, maintenance, quality control, E&T group and has a strong orientation to EHSQ systems.In this role you will be responsible for:Planning and organization of the equipmet and personnel in relation to the weekly production plan of the plants;Organization and management of personnel (shifts and holiday planning);Management of the plan controls, of the periodic maintenance of the equipments and machines in use and elaboration of the needsSpecifically analyzes any product and / or process quality problem with particular regard to the production of intermediate and finished products, identifying the possible causes;Collaborates to propose solutions to the research and developmentCollaborates with maintenance and engineering to solve the technical-mechanical issuesCollaborates to modify the production procedures if they need to be modified and / or updated.Works in collaboration with the EHSQ Manager to keep updated and compliant the quality system;Will be user for Production Module in SAP;Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality and outputCreating production plans for new products to guarantee quality from stage oneScheduling project plans along with the project team to fit project deadlinesComplying with ISO accreditation requirementsInvestigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutionsHas a strong and focused supervision for the correct application of all the internal procedures and law requirementsGuarantees the cycle counting and the correct inventoryIs substitution of the Production manager in case of absenceWhat you’ll bring to the team:Technical Diplome, and some years experience in the same role in medium size companiesGood communication skills in EnglishSome years experience in chemical process industryExperience in personnel management is mandatoryAttitude to operational activitiesWhat we offer:Safe and engaging work environment that enables you to perform to your full potentialInsight to an industry where understanding chemical processes is an essential part of successGreat colleagues, expertise, and excellent facilitiesWork in global teams in a Finnish company that is committed to innovation and sustainabilityPossibility to increase responsabilitiesThe position is located in Kemira Italy – San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD)Ready to create better every day?
