The plant is growing and investing in new products and processes, offering excellent opportunities for professional development in a modern, high-tech environment.Purpose of the RoleSupport the Production Manager in delivering the seating production plan while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency and environmental care.Coordinate daily activities with Team Leaders and key departments, fostering trust and respect among production staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor weekly production plans; balance resources across areas and track KPIs (efficiency, quality, absenteeism).Assist Team Leaders in resolving issues and securing resources to meet targets.Liaise with Quality Engineers and Planners to solve process or material issues.Align maintenance priorities with other supervisors and the Production Manager.Maintain production trend files (POs, extras, PDAs) and report progress or required changes.Organize and support training on 5S, self-maintenance, and company code of ethics.Approve leave requests to maintain proper staffing levels.Ensure full compliance with company safety, environmental and accident-prevention rules.Requirements & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of production processes and cycles.Technical background with solid planning and time-management skills.Problem-solving mindset, results orientation and initiative.Excellent communication, negotiation and team-development skills.High attention to quality, safety and continuous improvement.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingMotor Vehicle Manufacturing
