Overview: Lead the implementation of new manufacturing projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives and deploy innovative solutions into operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project master plans, coordinating with stakeholders for seamless production preparation and launch.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and facilitate internal meetings to advance team efforts.
Foster effective communication between Application Teams, Plant Project Teams, and suppliers for smooth information flow.
Plan, activate, and finalize Change Management initiatives, utilizing problem-solving skills and prioritization.
Report project status regularly to senior management and escalate conflicts as needed.
Represent the Production Plant in customer-facing meetings regarding project and change management topics.

Requirements:
