A better future?Reports to: Operation ManagerDirect Reports: Shift LeadersInternal Interfaces: Plant Management, Central Functions, Other PlantsExternal Interfaces: Customers, Raw Material & Equipment SuppliersResponsibilities:ResponsibilitiesEnsure production objectives and KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost) are achievedPlan, organize, and optimize resources (people, equipment, materials)Monitor production performance, manage deviations, and ensure proper shift handoversLead problem-solving with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Product Development, HRAnalyze and reduce scrap, rework, and quality issuesDrive Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, CI, O.I.P.)Perform risk analysis and ensure compliance with IATF standardsEvaluate and develop team performance with support from HRMaintain positive relations with trade unions and stakeholdersRequirements:RequirementsDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical backgroundProven experience in production or operations managementStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, IATF standardsLeadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teamsProblem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementFluent in English and Italian
