OverviewProduction Logistics Assistant at NBCUniversal. The position provides high-quality service and support for NBC of the Milan 2026 Olympic Winter Games. This position reports to the Manager, Production Logistics.ResponsibilitiesHandle material, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management of all non-technical equipment at the Warehouse, International Broadcast Center (IBC), venues, and other NBC locations.Physically handle and move equipment, supplies, goods, pallets, and boxes.Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivering equipment and supplies to and from the Warehouse, IBC, venues, and other NBC locations.Perform various administrative duties, including taking phone and online orders, tracking budgets, organizing documents, and providing customer service to client groups.Source and prepare non-technical goods and services, including Environmental Health & Safety, medical equipment, office supplies, furniture, etc.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including breaking down boxes, picking up, and disposing of trash and waste.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a Production Assistant, service industry employee, or equivalent is preferred.Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English is preferred.Proficiency in English and experience with Microsoft Office programs and basic database software is preferred.This is a physically demanding position; candidates must be able to lift at least 12 kilos.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.Ability to quickly learn and understand various tasks and processes.Must be willing to work long days, weekends, and nights, and be dedicated to the project for its full duration.A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a work-provided vehicle is preferred.Additional InformationAs part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
