Based at our Civitanova production site (ICA – Wood Coatings), we are looking for a passionate and driven Production Engineer to strengthen our operations. In this role, you will not only oversee production processes but also play a key part in lean improvement projects and contribute to the standardization of workflows, ensuring efficiency and excellence across the board.QualificationsEngineering degree (preferably Management, Industrial or Mechanical)2-3 year’s experience in similar role, in structured production environments oriented towards continuous improvementKnowledge of Lean methodologies and data analysis toolsFamiliarity with ERP systems and digital reporting toolsAn effective communicator across all departments.A hands on approach and ‘can do’ attitude.Team player, Approachable and strong customer focus, internally and externally.Italian/EnglishResponsibilitiesSupport the Production Manager in planning and monitoring production activities,Collaborate with the team to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement,Actively participate in Lean projects and optimization of production flows,Contribute to the standardization of processes and the drafting of operating procedures,Facilitate communication between departments for effective priority management,Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions in synergy with the team,Performs other duties as assigned,
