We want to give people the opportunity to be the best version of themselves.Job PurposeThe successful candidate will provide scientific information to doctors and healthcare professionals, illustrating the pharmacological and therapeutic properties of our products, to ensure their correct use.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate clearly and objectively about our productsBuild and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionalsStay up-to-date with our products and new scientific discoveriesParticipate in training and updates in line with current regulationsCollaborate with internal staff, respecting regulations on correct communication of informationProvide feedback on market needs and healthcare professional requests, in line with legislative requirementsMaintain accurate documentation of interactions with healthcare professionals, respecting data registration and conservation normsEnsure all activities comply with ethical and legal guidelinesRequired EducationDegree in scientific disciplines such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or equivalent, in line with legislative requirements.Required Skills And ExperienceAt least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical companies, ideally (but not necessarily) in the target medical field; knowledge of the reference territory and the dynamics that regulate the National Health System; good knowledge of computer tools and data reporting via CRM.Required Behaviours And CompetenciesCustomer-focused mindset, oriented towards involving the interlocutor to respond to their needs and offer a personalized experiencePlanning and organization skills, goal-oriented, constant and determinedAble to take initiative, autonomous, dynamic, and flexibleExcellent relational and communication skills, particularly active listening and negotiationExcellent team collaboration skillsIntegrityRequired LanguagesIntermediate English language skills are preferred.We believe in people and are committed to creating a diverse environment and cultivating a culture of inclusion.
