Product Specialist, Neurovascular - Center Italy page is loaded## Product Specialist, Neurovascular - Center Italylocations: Rome, Italytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R556042Work Flexibility: Field-based**Location: Rome (preferred) | Italy – Central Regions****Purpose of the Role**The core objective of this role is to provide technical expertise to agents and distributors in order to support the achievement of sales objectives.The Product Specialist acts as a trusted field partner, supporting agents, distributors, and physicians with in-depth knowledge of Neurovascular technologies and products. The role contributes to education initiatives and actively participates in customer events, workshops, and training programs / technical support in and out Angio Lab. Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales is key to ensuring effective execution in the field.**Neurovascular Portfolio:****Key Responsibilities****Product & Market Development*** Act as the technical expert for the full Neurovascular product portfolio within the assigned territory.* Deliver product and clinical training, including presentations to groups of physicians.* Support and facilitate physician-to-physician programs and educational initiatives.* Actively support sales and marketing programs through regular field presence alongside agents and distributors.* Provide technical assistance in the Angio Lab when required.* Share relevant market and customer insights with the Marketing Manager to support market development initiatives.* Collaborate closely with Sales Management to support territory objectives.**Relationship Management*** Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.* Develop effective working relationships with agents and distributors, responding proactively to their needs.**Quality & Compliance*** Ensure full compliance with Stryker’s quality systems, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.* Act as a key interface between agents, customers, and the sales organization to support complaint handling, documentation, and issue resolution.* Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and ethical standards in all interactions.**Qualifications & Experience*** Minimum **4 years of experience** in the medical device or healthcare environment. Preferably in Interventional Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology, or Hematology.* Preferably **2+ years of experience** in sales, marketing, or technical specialist roles.* Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent is preferable.* Experience supporting training and educational programs is an advantage.* Strong results orientation and ability to work toward defined objectives.* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.* Strong team mindset and collaborative approach.* Willingness to spend significant time in the field, including hospital and Angio Lab environments.Travel Percentage: 70%
