Today, through an unrivalled commitment to innovation, doing the right thing, and prioritizing patient well-being, we continue to inspire healthcare solutions worldwide.About the role We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Hospital Respiratory Acute Care Sales Team, based in Naples or Rome. In this role, you will collaborate with distributor sales teams to deliver clinical and product training across hospital departments such as Adult, Pediatric, Emergency, and Neonatal ICU. Success depends on effective sales strategies, customer education, marketing presentations, and market development. You will work closely with our sales team to develop pathways that lead to successful sales outcomes, focusing on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include sales, technical support, training, and education for our products. Patience, persistence, and a passion for success are essential, along with effective territory management, self-motivation, and planning.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport product adoption through in-service training and clinical evaluations.Identify and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and opinion leaders to stay informed on clinical practices and needs.Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity to internal stakeholders.Report consistently through our CRM platform to support transparency and strategic planning.About youYou may have a background in medical, biomedical, or technical/engineering fields, ideally with a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience in critical or intensive care settings. You might be transitioning into sales or already have 3–4 years of clinical or medical device sales experience, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical concepts.We will provide training and support to ensure your success. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse audiences.
