If you have a strong technical and mechanical background with a sales mindset, you might be the person we are looking for!As a Product Sales Manager you focus on customer’s needs. You drive the business in close co-operation with our Product and Sales professionals.You are interested in continuously developing our sales and operations process to ensure profitable, high-quality, on-time deliveries and optimized stock levels.You know how to build and cherish long term customer relations; you are an open-minded and innovative thinker, who can push the limits of technology. You are able to develop competitive solutions and present them to customers in a compelling way. You understand customers’ needs and know the possibilities of our offering inside out.Moving our customers’ performance forward is one of our core values and it should also be your key target.That feeling when our team has worked hard, and we get to seal the deal!Your main tasks and responsibilities will be :Spare Part & Consumable technical sales with focus on Paper, Board & Tissue machines as well as Stock Preparation and OCC lines- Solving client´s problems related to equipment and process reliability- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Spare Parts & Consumables to customers and meeting their needsTo be successful in this role, you will need :A Technical High School diploma or University degree in mechanical engineering- 2 - 5 years of experience in the Paper, Board & Tissue machine sector, either on mill site or in a technical sales role- Basic process engineer experience or knowledge of Paper, Board & Tissue machine lines- Ability to convert customer needs, concerns, and opportunities into sales- Good interactive skills building relationships with customers (both internal and external)- Relationship skills in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment- Effective written and oral communication skills in English- Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills- Willingness and ability to travelWhat we offer :We offer you a challenging position in a winning team characterized by strong know-how and mutual support.
