Additive manufacturing is shaping the future of industry, producing components from powder and light via laser technology through layer-by-layer deposition of metallic powder (Laser Metal Fusion).We are looking for a Quality Specialist with keen attention to detail and continuous improvement, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.The selected candidate will join the Quality team, ensuring that products meet technical specifications and predefined quality standards through monitoring and process improvement procedures from incoming materials to finished products.Key responsibilities include:Defining quality standards and control procedures for in-house production, collaborating with internal departments;Supporting various company functions involved in the production process to identify and resolve quality issues (Service, R&D, etc.);Defining and conducting tests/measurements of incoming products using appropriate machinery and tools;Establishing quality requirements for suppliers and monitoring production processes and products on-site;Analyzing supplier performance from a quality perspective, identifying issues, and implementing measures for improvement;Managing and documenting internal and external non-conformities, implementing corrective actions to resolve issues.Qualifications:Technical education background;At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within modern organizations with a strong focus on quality;Ability to work independently and goal-oriented;Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, used daily in the workplace.What we offer:An innovative, future-oriented company with a global presence, products, processes, and services;An international environment offering worldwide experience opportunities;Talent recognition with growth paths and skill development aligned with responsibilities;Work-life balance facilitated by smart working tools and flexible scheduling.J-18808-Ljbffr
