We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Agordo Operations Head-Quarters, where the history of our Company got started.As Product Planning specialist, you will experience what it's like to work for the Group Product Planning Team in a global and fast-paced environment like Luxottica's Product Development function.In this role, you will be in charge of the Product Planning activities of the NTI (New Technology Introduction) timing area for Luxottica projects and the development of new common projects with Essilor Luxottica in R&D.You will also serve as the reference person for the timing area for external geographies such as FHR, BRA, JAP, for both NTI and NPI (New Product Introduction) development.Responsibilities include:Managing the NTI projects portfolio, focusing on stage-gate processes and introducing new projects for specific brand-collection-releases.Developing and improving the tracker system, including innovation process information and reporting.Managing and evolving the PPM R&D project management tool in collaboration with R&D and financial control teams to develop a portfolio view aligned with the Essilor Atlas system.Overseeing timing planning activities for external geographies (FHR, BRA, JAP), including definition and control.Managing projects across stage-gate processes for NTI and NPI activities.Portrait of a perfect candidate:You identify solutions rather than problems.You love challenges and take responsibility seriously.You hold a degree in Economics or Management Engineering with excellent results.You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Planning within structured, product-driven multinational companies.You possess a strong project management approach.You have advanced skills in Office (Excel, Access), Business Objects, reporting tools, and SAP is a plus.You are adaptable and comfortable with constant change.You can proactively organize your time and activities to accomplish tasks.You have excellent facilitation and communication skills.You possess professional proficiency in English.You are willing to relocate and travel for business both within Italy and internationally.
