Position Overview
As Product Owner for our Panthera & Progeo brands, you will lead a cross-functional team driving the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of our innovative manual wheelchair product lines. Experience with manual wheelchairs is considered a strong merit, and combined with your agile mindset and ability to collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and commercial teams, it will help you deliver solutions that support growth and create exceptional value for our customers and end users.
Key Responsibilities

Define, refine, and articulate a compelling product vision in alignment with Permobil’s mission and the evolving needs of our customers,
Prioritize and meticulously manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, technical feasibility, and rapid iterative development in accordance with agile methodologies,
Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical constraints, and real customer feedback to ensure the continuous delivery of value,
Establish and uphold rigorous acceptance criteria, championing quality assurance and compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal standards throughout the product lifecycle,
Assume full responsibility for the product journey, from ideation and market introduction to ongoing maintenance and seamless phase-out,
Promote a culture of learning, creativity, and iterative improvement by leveraging insights from customers and regional teams,
Effectively gather requirements, communicate priorities, and provide transparent updates to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement at every stage.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline,
Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar capacity within a technology-driven environment,
Proven expertise in manual wheelchair products, with a deep understanding of the unique technical and user-centric considerations in this field,
Thorough knowledge and practical application of agile principles and product lifecycle management,
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills,
Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and overseeing product development from concept through to launch.
