Role Summary
The iLotteries team at Brightstar is seeking a Digital Product Marketing Senior Specialist to support activities related to the Scratch & Win and Online Lotto products. The candidate will assist the international team in product analysis, development and launch, contributing to business growth and gaining expertise in the online gaming sector.
Responsibilities
Support market trend analysis and assessment of key international competitors.
Collaborate on scouting and evaluation of new game suppliers.
Assist in design, development and approval stages of Scratch & Win Online games, working in sync with internal teams (IT, Legal, Demand, Responsible Gaming).
Participate in the selection of games to introduce to the Italian market, based on data and analysis.
Support game testing to verify UX, usability and functionality.
Contribute to the drafting of marketing materials and product sheets for ADM.
Collaborate on product roadmap development and definition of evolution projects.
Monitor post‑launch performance of games and support report and presentation preparation.
Requirements
Interest in digital marketing and digital product management.
Good analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
Team orientation and result focus.
Basic proficiency with the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
Preferred knowledge of tools such as Jira and some experience, even brief, in digital or international contexts.
Professional Experience
1–2 years in digital marketing, product management or related fields. Relevant internships or training will be considered positively.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or related disciplines. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
