In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of product launches , market positioning , and sales enablement – always with the local customer in mind. Company car for private usageYour Main responsibilitiesDevelop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches in close collaboration with the EMEA Neurovascular Marketing team and the Neurovascular Sales LeaderManage product lifecycle phases and support pricing and revenue goals with Sales and Pricing teamsConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify local opportunitiesPlan and lead congresses (~20 per year) and Medical Education events (at least 6 annually)Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, hospital stakeholders, and external partners, including regular hospital visitsAdapt messaging and marketing materials to meet local market needs and support sales teams with tools and trainingMonitor product launch performance, provide insights, and report progress to managementCoordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory complianceWhat We’re Looking forBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent beneficialIdeally 3+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales within the medical devices industry, with a strong focus on neurovascular therapiesAlternatively, candidates with a neurovascular field background (e.g. in sales or clinical specialist roles) who bring in-depth market knowledge, established customer networks, and strong motivation to grow into a marketing role are also welcomeEstablished network and solid knowledge of NV customers and KOLs; proven experience in KOL managementCommercial and strategic mindset with strong business acumenStrong interest and passion for marketing, with a hunger to achieve and growFluent English (written and spoken); excellent communication and negotiation skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable and proactiveWillingness to travel extensively (3-4 days/week) within the assigned regionProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)As we require fluent English skills and the recruiting process will involve English-speaking colleagues, we look forward to receiving your CV in English.
