OverviewJoin to apply for the Product Marketing Manager role at Chaberton Professionals.Chaberton Professionals is a leading executive search firm specialized in middle and top management recruitment, supporting international clients in attracting the best talent for strategic positions.For our customer, a leading multinational company in the HVAC industry, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will manage all Product Management activities for the assigned product categories, with a focus on G2M activities, range positioning and assortment management.ResponsibilitiesOversee the product lifecycle – understand customer needs and behavior to identify product gaps, develop product strategies, manage product launches, and monitor product performance.Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy – conduct competitive benchmarking, define product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure successful launches across traditional and digital channels.Analyze and optimize product assortment – understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and channel dynamics to maximize sales and brand profitability, with a focus on efficiency and range maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to bring products to market and ensure customer satisfaction.Track and report product performance – monitor key metrics such as sales, margins, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.RequirementsAt least 2 / 3 years of experience in Product Marketing within multinational / structured companies, preferably in HVAC sector;Deep knowledge of product marketing frameworks, including the stage-gate approach;An engineering background will be considered a plus;Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementIndustriesHVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing
