Product Manager Laundry

What you will do

Supporting the development and follow-up of new products
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Manage the team
Support the innovation funnel:
Guide new products introduction by developing time-integrated plans with sales, communications, and production
Build-up business cases to support new product launches in coordination with the markets responsible and HQ Regional Business managers
Ensure line-up performances according to yearly target in terms of volumes, net sales and profitability
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
Support the development and update of all catalogues and pricelists
Promote and facilitate the use of materials in the various countries, defining methods and timing of distribution

What you need to succeed
Must have

Education: Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics
Professional experience: 4 years experience in electronic goods/ automotive / high-tech industry or FMCG sector
Language: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Others languages are a plus
Soft skills: Empathy, fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
Technical Skills: Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech.
Technical Skills: Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
Other: Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance
