Product Manager Consumer Health (m/f/d)
The Consumer Health division of Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager to join the marketing team. He/she will play an active part in driving business growth by supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and sales force activation initiatives.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of brand strategy in alignment with both local and global guidelines
Analyze the market environment, competitive landscape, consumer profiles, and insights, as well as brand capabilities, to identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity and market positioning
Support the translation of brand strategy into actionable activation plans by aligning and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales & Trade, LMR, PS), and by engaging with the field force to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
Ensure tracking and analysis of KPIs and ROI for all marketing activities
Support annual budget planning and allocation, while monitoring monthly sell-out/sell-in performance and product sales forecasts
Collaborate in the development of integrated communication campaigns and territorial activations, including the creation and adaptation of digital and social assets
Work on activation plans targeting pharmacists and other healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring effective implementation in close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, LMR, and the Sales Force
Who You Are
Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
At least 3 years of previous experience in a B2C marketing role
Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors considered a plus
Digital mindset, strong digital capabilities including social media marketing
Strong customer focus with a result-oriented mindset and a proactive, decision-making attitude
Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective networks
Strong analytical skills and ability to take data-driven decisions
High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, combined with creativity and openness to change and innovation
Excellent knowledge of Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Residence or domicile in Lombardy is preferred
Fluent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
