Product Manager - Fortinet Training Services (Global)

Responsibilities
Sales Transformation: Drive the integration of Fortinet training services into Exclusive Networks' distribution sales motion, ensuring that training offerings are actively upsold alongside product sales to maximize attach rates and customer value.
Global Training Portfolio Management: Own and curate the portfolio of Fortinet training courses offered by Exclusive Networks worldwide.
Vendor Relationship & Program Compliance: Act as the global point of contact for Fortinet's training program team and ensure compliance with authorized training partner requirements and quality standards.
Product-to-Course Mapping & Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain a detailed mapping of Fortinet products and solutions to their corresponding training courses and certifications.
SKU Management and Pricing: Own the global catalogue of training SKU codes for Fortinet courses in Exclusive Networks' systems.
Global Training Calendar Planning: Provide governance and oversight to ensure that the overall global schedule of Fortinet classes meets market demand and aligns with vendor expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators for the Fortinet training line.
Sales and Marketing Support: Serve as the subject matter expert on Fortinet training for internal sales teams and marketing.
Instructor & Delivery Quality Oversight: While the direct management of instructors lies with the operations team, the Product Manager plays a role in ensuring supply and quality of instructors for Fortinet courses.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Education; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years in product management, training program management, or vendor relationships in IT/cybersecurity; hands‑on Fortinet experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of vendor training programs and ability to quickly adapt to new structures.
Strategic thinker with data‑driven decision-making skills; comfortable analyzing performance and setting KPIs.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence, present, and collaborate across global teams.
Solid technical aptitude; familiar with training systems (TMS/LMS) and digital learning tools.
Innovative, self‑driven, and proactive in improving training programs and processes.
Team player, culturally aware, and able to work in a global, matrixed environment.
Limited travel required for key vendor events and training hubs.
