In 2018, Kubota achieved revenues over $16.7 billion.In order to further develop our presence in this area, we are looking for either a junior, medior, or senior individual who aspires to be (come) a product manager for bale equipment and choppers. You will help support our international team located in the manufacturing and competence center in Italy.Responsibilities & contributionPrepare and execute product training for our distribution partners (globally)Utilize Business Intelligence to monitor market and competitor developments / trendsSatisfy market / customer demands by continuously developing product programsPrepare input for R&D projects (LOR, market potentials, cost targets, etc.)Ensure correct price positioning in the various marketsAscertain sustainable product profitability by following up on product cost / sales price structureSupport our marketing team with preparation of sales concepts, making relevant material available (e.g., photo shooting, leaflets, etc.) and preparing / executing of eventsManage product performance in the fieldContribute to securing sales and production planning needs of our customers through forecastingAchieve team objectives through collaborative effortsWe needDegree, with focus in agronomy or agricultural economicsTechnical understanding and strong practical experience with agricultural machineryGood communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStructured, motivated, and able to present in front of large groupsFluent in Italian, preferably also in EnglishWillingness to travel within and between countries regularlyWe offerExciting challenge within a very dynamic product scopeSupportive multicultural team environmentPotential for growth within the agricultural machinery marketRemuneration and social packages reflecting the importance of this positionCompany carThe position is preferably situated on site in Italy, Russia, or France.Only CVs presented in English will be reviewed.
