Founded in 1962, with over 240 employees and revenues exceeding €100 million, it became part of the CordenPharma network in 2012, continuously updating to stay competitive in the pharmaceutical chemical sector.PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTWe are seeking a Product Management Specialist to report to our Product Management Manager.The role involves supporting production planning and forecasting, managing stock levels, overseeing commercial activities, and coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure timely deliveries.Role and Responsibilities:Drafting commercial correspondence and offers;Conducting product analysis;Preparing product budgets and sales estimates;Developing existing customer relationships;Maintaining reports related to product management;Collaborating with Operations and S&OP to align department needs;Reviewing sales trends and analyzing item turnover;Monitoring production lead times in coordination with Production Planning;Analyzing cost structures and pricing strategies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, PCT, Biology/Biotechnology, Pharmacy);At least 2-3 years of experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment;Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable commercial solutions;Understanding of economic and financial indicators;Experience with management reporting tools (benchmarks, metrics, dashboards);Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, used daily in an international context;Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus;Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and workload prioritization;Willingness to learn, strategic thinking, operational focus, and integrity aligned with CordenPharma’s philosophy;Excellent negotiation, organizational, time management, and communication skills;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to proactively identify issues and manage timelines.
