Join Our Product Management Team
Help drive initiatives to improve the Product Platform organisation effectiveness and take ownership of our future technology.
The team focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the Product Platform organisation by coordinating metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiatives, especially related to New Product Development (NPD) deck management and current products.
As a Product Lead Operations, you will be responsible for:

Driving initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Product Management function.
Interfacing with other functions for effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, processes, and initiatives.
Leading cross-functional initiatives such as NPD Program Management Excellence.
Collaborating with Product Platforms, Finance, Rewiring, and Transformation engineering teams to improve and simplify product management lifecycle processes.
Leading and coordinating multiple projects.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have proven knowledge of Program/Project Management methodologies.
Experience in leading and delivering multi-generation product plans, programs, and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good presentation skills.
Strong understanding of operations and planning methodologies.
Some knowledge of turbo machinery.
Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
