Overview
Product Development Manager – Medical Devices
Location: Province Parma, South; travel in Italy and abroad.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: €50,000–€60,000, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities

Lead development of new medical devices from concept to launch.
Study market and technology trends; define product strategy.
Supervise design, focusing on electronics, firmware, and software.
Coordinate external suppliers and collaborate with internal designers.
Support validation and certification processes.
Monitor regulatory updates and assess product impact.
Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
Define product development plan and track progress.
Travel to Italy and abroad for technical support and group meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Biomedical, Physics or related disciplines.
Experience in developing complex electromechanical or medical devices.
Project management of technical projects with mechanical, electronic, and software integration.
Practical problem‑solving orientation.
Knowledge of medical sector regulations (preference).
Good English language skill.
