We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.Who are we looking forAt ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team.Your mission will be to craft user-centric designs, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure our solutions offer an exceptional user experience in this rapidly evolving industry.This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in the office in Milan, Italy.What you will doOwn the end-to-end design process, from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the marketDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideasCollect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, iterating on designs based on user feedbackUse data, A/B testing, qualitative research, and usability testing to optimize user experience and interface designCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and track design metrics and KPIsStay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the design processWhat you will bring to the table:You are a strong problem solverYou have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design in building digital products, SaaS.You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Familiarity with AI toolsExperience with Web-app and API-based productsFull professional proficiency in EnglishWhat we can offer:Hybrid Remote: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid remote policy.
