We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and we are looking for a highly experienced Product Design Team Leader to join their team.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on future tech, materials and designs to identify future opportunities
Develop visionary product concepts and analyze consumer trends
Collaborate with research teams to understand the evolving product landscape
Develop design strategies and work with experts across fields to bring new innovative products to market

Qualifications

Masters degree minimum
Around 8-10+ years industry experience (ideal)
Some team lead experience
Strong experience in product design or consumer electronics, focusing on future vision and design identity
Experience with tools such as Rhino, Adobe, Keyshot and AI tools etc
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Strategic and visionary mindset
