About the role
We are seeking a talented Product Design Assistant - Furniture to join our dynamic team at PT. Kreatif Abadi Konsep in Badung, Bali. As a fulltime member of our Manufacturing & Design division, you will play a vital role in supporting our furniture product design and development processes.
What you’ll be doing

Assisting with the conceptualization and design of new furniture products
Developing technical drawings, sketches, and 3D models to bring design ideas to life
Collaborating closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards
Researching market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inform the design process
Providing support throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to product designs

What we’re looking for

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial design, product design, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a furniture design or product design role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Passion for furniture design and a keen interest in the latest industry trends
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
