Your Role and Responsibilities
Providing classification of products, software, and/or technologies as part of new product introduction cycle.
Managing and updating master data for products, technologies, and software, including product description, Harmonized Tariff Scheme (HTS) code, and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN), etc., and/or supporting customs declarants with product information required for master data management and entries.
Providing guidance and support to relevant teams regarding product classification-related inquiries or issues.
Reviewing and applying relevant changes in the regulatory framework related to product classification.
Leading initiatives to improve product classification processes and resolving identified gaps or issues.
Qualifications For The Role
You have good knowledge of customs and export control regulations.
You have good skills in MS Office.
You are passionate about self-accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
You are at ease communicating in English.
Previous experience in trade compliance-related roles is preferred.
