About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product & Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring smooth operational execution. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to go beyond traditional project management and take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from strategic conception to market delivery. Your daily activities will include :Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of existing and new products, including potential mobile applications and solutions for specific use cases.Define and prioritize product features and requirements, translating them into actionable plans.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including development, design, and marketing) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.Oversee the operational aspects of product development and delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges proactively.Monitor product performance and key metrics, implementing improvements as needed.Effectively communicate product vision, plans, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.RequirementsBachelor's / Master\'s degree in Computer Science. Experience as a Developer. Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in a product-related role with increasing responsibility, demonstrating a strong blend of product thinking and operational acumen. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and various methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
