Job Description
Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Procurement Specialist to be based in the italian production plant in Niella Tanaro (CN).
Main Responsibilities in the Role

Procurement activities including issuing of P.O. for the dedicated area of items. Activity includes exchange of infomation with the supplier,supervision of deliveries and mantaining forecast information accurate
Coordinate activity of collection of parts in cooperation with the transport companies. Custom clearance paper work when importing from NON CE countries
Setting up relation with supplier in case are new ones. Define the conditions and parameter of issuing orders and shipping details
Manage continous improvements to improve logistic material flows, from supplier to warehouse, from warehouse to production lines
Manage inventory, put in place actions in order to mantain it stable and aligned with budget.

To be Successful in the Role

Previous experience in procurement within complex manifacturing or logistics companies
SAP Knowleed is a plus
Good knowledge of English
Good managerial and relational skills
Attitude to work in team
Proactive and goals oriented
Problem Solving and capability to quickly react to unexpected situation
