We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description:Enfinity Global is seeking a Procurement Manager to join the corporate procurement department for PV solar and BESS projects. Reporting to the Head of Procurement (Europe), this role is responsible for closing contracts for main equipment supply and project construction. Responsibilities include preparing requests for information, proposals, negotiating with contractors, and coordinating with development and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement experience in the PV market, technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project and contract needs.Develop and assess suppliers based on sourcing strategies.Maintain and scout for additional vendors.Lead RFI, RFQ tenders, negotiate, and finalize deals.Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on procurement status.Conduct cost analysis and negotiations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.Review project cost reports and conduct variance analysis.Collaborate with legal to ensure favorable contract terms.Track and report during negotiations.Support team objectives and process improvements.Ensure full compliance with company policies.Key Requirements:Engineering degree (mandatory), Master’s preferred.Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the solar PV industry, international experience preferred.Strong knowledge of industrial project procurement and contract management.Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.Experience with large-scale solar, wind, and/or storage projects.Knowledge of procurement and supply chain systems integration.Ability to work independently and travel as needed.Join Enfinity Global for a dynamic, multinational environment in a highly impactful industry.
