Position Summary
Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal‑management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative‑energy powertrains. Procurement & Planning Specialist – Cavenago (MB)
Main Opportunities and Challenges
Work in a dynamic environment having the opportunity to redefine procedure and process according with the market situation.
Lead and improve service level to the customer.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure materials planning and availability control according to the production schedule – KPIs: On Time Production.
Define production scheduling of assigned plants to ensure availability of finished goods to meet customers’ demand with available production capacity (Lines Fill & On‑Time) – KPIs: On Time Delivery (Customer).
Monitor and manage the execution of the daily production plan in the manufacturing area.
Collaborate with Customer Service for order prioritization and production management.
Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Production for assuring a Ready‑To‑Execute plan.
Job Position Requirements
Education: University bachelor degree – Industrial Engineering Degree.
Professional Background
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
Solving skills and a logical way of thinking.
Capacity planning experience; Change Management / Target oriented.
Hard Skills
Essential: Previous experience in the mechanical industry and specifically in the Manufacturing area. Lean production knowledge.
Preferred: SAP expertise knowledge.
