Your Mission:
Lead the Lean and digital transformation of the Supply Chain by integrating Lean methodologies with automation and Artificial Intelligence technologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze warehouse flows and storage logic, simulate scenarios, and automate material handling through AGVs.
Design and implement WMS and MES systems, focusing on inventory accuracy, lead time reduction, and operational cost optimization.
Transform the store replenishment process from manual to centralized and automated, improving product availability and reducing excess stock.
Map AS-IS operational processes, collect and analyze data, define TO-BE proposals, and measure impact through KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, stock accuracy, inventory turnover).
Design AI agents to automate repetitive actions, analyze warehouse, production, and maintenance data, optimize layouts and routes, and prevent stockouts and logistics congestion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Lean culture and the adoption of digital and AI solutions.
Support training and development of young talents through industrial PhD projects and partnerships with universities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields.
Experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and logistics process automation projects.
Knowledge of WMS/MES systems, data analysis tools, and AI technologies applied to logistics.
Ability to manage complex projects, analyze KPIs, and implement innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI agents, collaborative robotics (AGVs, Cobots), Power BI, and process automation.
Experience in university–industry collaboration projects (industrial PhD, advanced apprenticeship).
Objectives & KPIs:
Reduction of waste/MUDA and operational costs.
Improvement of stock accuracy, lead time, and inventory turnover.
Increase in operational efficiency and service level.
Implementation of AI and automation solutions in at least two areas of the Supply Chain within 12 months.
