Responsibilities

Develop, disseminate and implement Lean methodologies (VSM, 5S, 5W, Ishikawa, SMED, TPM) to support process improvement and standardization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and control performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of lean principles and experience in implementing process improvements.
