We are seeking a highly skilled Process Innovation Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the development and optimization of cutting-edge technologies aimed at advancing the energy transition agenda.Key Responsibilities :Coordinate a group of process engineers assigned to the project, ensuring costs optimization.Interface with other discipline leaders and vendors for process-related activities.Participate in multidisciplinary reviews such as plot plans, Hazop, and 3D models.The Process Innovation Leader can be assigned to large-size or high-complexity projects as a support to the Process Manager for the management of a specific portion of related process activities.Requirements :Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, with over 8 years of experience in similar roles.Advanced knowledge of production processes, production methods, and technologies.Skills in the use of process simulation software (ASPEN, HYSYS, others).This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.Skill Set :Excellent IT and analytical skillsNatural attitude to learn new technologiesStrong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
