Our Process Group Leader AD leads a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team providing both technical and disciplinary guidance :

Promotes effective communication and teamwork leading by example.
Ensures project execution meets timelines budgets and quality standards while actively participating in project tasks.
Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB PFD PIDs control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.
Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.
Contributes to the creation of guidelines specifications and internal directives ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
10 years experience in the Anaerobic Digestion (AD) for biogas production including 3 years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.
Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.
Strong decision-making skills capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
