Join to apply for the Process Engineer (m/f/d) role at Alpitronic.
Your Responsibilities
Management of industrialization projects from the start of the product idea to the handover to series production
Planning and conducting workshops on the design of systems and workstations as well as logistics concepts
Implementation of process FMEAS and execution of the resulting measures, as well as stakeholder for assembly-oriented development and design (DFX)
Perform 3P workshops to define the optimal process flow
Realisation of value stream design, including the planning of material and information flows
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in mechanical/industrial or automotive engineering or comparable qualification
Previous professional experience in product and process development in a production-related environment
Good knowledge of lean management, preferably Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt training
Comprehension in the field of digitization in the production environment (Smart Factory)
Organizational skills and process‑oriented thinking
Strong presentation and facilitation skills (workshops, trainings, presentations etc.)
Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as an advantage
