Opportunity We are looking for a Process Engineer. Objective of the position is to optimize the production process for assembly lines. Your responsibilities will be:Managing the design of layouts in the production areaStudying assembly solutions and workstation ergonomicsWorking on prototypes/pre-series of new products with the aim of optimizing the product, defining the best assembly sequence, cycle times and the development of necessary equipmentParticipating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projectsPreparing documentation to support production and safety instructions To be successful in this role you'll need to have:Degree in engineering or equivalent experienceAt least five years of experience in the roleAbility to interpret technical drawings and projectsKnowledge of the assembly processAttention to detailsCreativity and problem solvingExcellent analytical and priority management skillsAbility to work in team and strong communication skillsFluent in English Nice to have:Experience in a manufactory multi-site companySpecific technical knowledge in the relevant sectorExperience in company with internal metalwork department What we offer:Permanent full-time contractBenefits: competitive reward system, company canteen Workplace: Valbrembo (BG) We are committed to guarantee equal employment opportunities.
