Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The Data Privacy Programme Lead will support the various elements of OSI Systems, Inc.’s (OSI’s) Privacy Program.This position will be primarily remote and will report to the Corporate Compliance Director, based in the Italy. Although the role is largely remote, the Data Programme Lead may be required to travel to various offices on a periodic basis for specific meetings, events, and investigations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with applicable privacy laws, industry standards, policies, and regulations across all divisions.Provide prompt and accurate privacy compliance advice to stakeholders globally.Act as the first point of contact for privacy-related matters, supporting stakeholders with the resolution of potential privacy incidents.Drive ongoing privacy compliance activities, including privacy assessments, policy design, IT Security and Data Flows, and delivering training.Support new product privacy compliance assessments.Support Data Inventory and Data Minimization Audits.Draft, negotiate, and review Data Processing Agreements.Monitor industry best practices, rules, regulations, and guidance to maintain compliance and strategic alignment.Required QualificationsAt least 5 years of previous privacy experience in a legal or compliance-related role within a global company.Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience, and appropriate privacy-related qualifications.Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws, including the EU GDPR and local laws and regulations within the EMEA region.Prior experience in working with multiple stakeholders regionally or globally.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience implementing and monitoring privacy-related policies and procedures.Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset (including German, Italian, or Spanish).Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsultingManufacturing, Security and Investigations, and Electrical Equipment ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at OSI Systems by 2x.Get notified about new Privacy Manager jobs in Italy.Senior Product Manager, Identity ProtectionWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
