Aptar is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager based in Italy or Spain. This role involves developing and monitoring global Pricing & Commercial excellence practices to support our business strategy and roadmap. The manager will also support initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth.The candidate will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure best practices are deployed across regions and segments.ResponsibilitiesLead efforts related to pricing and margin managementImplement continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimizationDevelop KPIs, monitor performance, and provide insights for decision-makingSupport and improve our global CRM system (SAP Cloud 4 Customer)Assist regional teams with Sales Force Effectiveness initiativesCoordinate data accuracy within SAP and other systemsManage new Contract Management systemLead pricing and margin initiativesDesign and improve analysis and reporting toolsDevelop tools for pricing consistency across regionsCollaborate with IS teams to improve internal systemsDevelop training materials and lead implementation eventsQualificationsEducation : Masters / MBA preferredSkills & Experience :5-7 years in Pricing, Marketing, or SalesPowerBI / CRM expertise beneficialExperience in commercial effectiveness projectsProven leadership and change management skillsAbility to analyze large datasetsExperience in multi-country, matrix environmentsAgile methodology skillsIndustry experience in B2B manufacturing preferredAdditional SkillsStrong analytical and reporting skillsMulticultural team collaborationProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Power BIFluent in English; other languages a plusCustomer-oriented and strategic thinkingAbout AptarWe develop innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact people's lives globally.
