You will:Work with reliable peers and mentors, gaining new career perspectives;Face new challenges and showcase your skills;Grow faster and stand out.We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote position based in Italy.Support business development through roadshows or workshops.Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communication and solutions presentation.Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support.Ensure all business partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services through training and interaction.Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.Provide insights and suggestions based on your technical knowledge, helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in residential energy storage.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and group training.Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
