This position is full-time and remote from Italy.Your responsibilities include:Supporting business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops;Acting as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and introducing solutions;Building and maintaining relationships with EcoFlow partners;Building trust through in-depth technical knowledge and understanding client requirements;Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support;Providing product training and ensuring partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services;Collecting feedback and insights from clients and partners and working closely with R&D to improve products;Helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.Your profile includes :Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred;At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support;Preferably 3+ years in the Residential Energy Storage industry;Strong self-drive, proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams;Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training;Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently;Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly;Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
