You will:Collaborate with peers and mentors, gaining new career perspectives;Face new challenges and showcase your skills;Grow faster and excel.We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer, a full-time and remote position based in Italy.Support business development through roadshows and workshops.Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communications and solution introductions.Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sale support.Ensure partners understand the USPs of EcoFlow products and services via training and interaction.Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields.At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales support, with preference for those experienced in residential energy storage.Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.Strong communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.Passion for the industry and willingness to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment.Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
