Take care of customer relations and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty and develop the image of the company/group.Main ResponsibilitiesManage polymer sales activity in line with Petrochemicals Strategy and Business Plan to reach objectives specific for the Italian market.Participate in projects (e.g. regular portfolio review) and development activities (e.g. Sales Meeting) as well as conferences, fairs, exhibitions, symposiums.Prepare marketing and sales plans. Prepare market analysis to find new opportunities and create pipeline actions.Manage monthly sales process in line with rules from forecasting through price discussion with customers to delivery.Represent the company in front of customers.
