PMO IT Banking – BIP
Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy
We are looking for a PMO IT Banking professional to join our team and drive projects for financial services, including banking, insurance, and payment service providers.
Responsibilities
As a PMO, you will:

Act as a PMO for IT projects within the banking domain.
Design and map business processes.
Assist in technology solution selection.
Draft operational procedures, process maps, operational guides, and vademecum.
Prepare periodic SMART reports, provide support reports, conduct process analysis and IT governance.
Ensure project alignment with P&L value initiatives and enterprise value/share value goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting firms with banking‑related projects.
Experience as a PMO of IT projects.
Proficiency in process design and mapping.
Knowledge of technology solution selection.
Strong documentation skills (procedures, guides, vademecum).
Experience producing SMART periodical reports and supporting IT governance.
Good command of English.
Excellent analytical, summarisation and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organisational abilities, capacity to plan and manage time.
Adaptable, flexible and able to manage stress.
